Dr. Saeed Al-Qalhati stands as a distinguished figure in Oman’s legal landscape, blending academic excellence with judicial leadership and public service.
He graduated from the Institute of Sharia Sciences in 2007 specializing in Islamic jurisprudence, then obtained a postgraduate diploma in law from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies of the League of Arab States in 2009, and in 2015 he obtained a higher diploma in judicial studies from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in Nizwa, then completed his doctorate with distinction from Hassan I University in Morocco in 2019.
He began his career as a court clerk in the Seeb Primary Court (2008). He then became an assistant judge in 2012, eventually becoming a judge in the Muscat Primary Court in 2015. In 2020, he established his own office, and in 2021, he became a founding partner in Al-Qalhati & Al-Masroui Law Firm.
Throughout his career, he contributed to the development of the judicial system and participated in reform and structural projects. He also played a prominent role in raising legal awareness through specialized lectures and academic seminars.
