Dr. Saeed Al-Qalhati stands as a distinguished figure in Oman’s legal landscape, blending academic excellence with judicial leadership and public service.

He graduated from the Institute of Sharia Sciences in 2007 specializing in Islamic jurisprudence, then obtained a postgraduate diploma in law from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies of the League of Arab States in 2009, and in 2015 he obtained a higher diploma in judicial studies from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in Nizwa, then completed his doctorate with distinction from Hassan I University in Morocco in 2019.

بدأ مسيرته العملية كأمين سر في المحكمة الابتدائية بالسيب (۲۰۰۸). ثم قاض مساعد عام ٢٠١٢، وصولاً إلى قاض بالمحكمة الابتدائية بمسقط عام ٢٠١٥. وفي عام ٢٠٢٠ أسس مكتبه الخاص، ثم أصبح شريكاً مؤسساً في مكتب القلهاتي والمسروي للاستشارات القانونية عام ٢٠٢١

أسهم خلال مسيرته في تطوير المنظومة القضائية والمشاركة في مشروعات إصلاحية وهيكلية. كما اضطلع بدور بارز في نشر الوعي القانوني عبر محاضرات وندوات أكاديمية متخصصة.
